ABOUT US
At Infinite Early Learning, we believe in creating a nurturing, inclusive, and dynamic environment where every child is empowered to thrive. Our philosophy is grounded in a deep respect for the uniqueness of each child and a commitment to supporting their growth across all areas of development.
We view each child as a capable and curious learner. Through play-based learning, exploration, and meaningful interactions, we foster a love of discovery and encourage children to develop confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self.
We prioritise warm, responsive connections between children, educators, families, and the wider community. These relationships provide a secure foundation for learning and well-being and help children feel a true sense of belonging. We uphold and advocate for the rights of every child to be safe, heard, included, and valued.
We embrace and celebrate the rich diversity within our community. Our curriculum, resources, and practices reflect diverse cultures, abilities, and family structures, ensuring that all children and families feel welcome, seen, and respected.
We take responsibility for our actions, our learning, and our impact. Educators model integrity, reflective practice, and a commitment to continuous improvement. We encourage children to develop a sense of responsibility for their own choices and contributions to the group, helping them grow into respectful and empowered individuals.

TEAGAN
Hi I'm Teagan. I bring to our organisation over 15 years in Business Management, with the last 10 years dedicated to the Early Childhood Education and Care sector.
My background encompasses various crucial areas such as Human Resources, Logistics, Safety & Security and People Management. This diverse skill set allows me to effectively lead and support multiple facets of our organisation.Early in my career, completing an Advanced Diploma of Business Management solidified my passion for engaging and motivating teams, fostering a supportive environment where collective goals are achieved and long-term success is ensured.
I firmly believe that strong leadership at all levels is essential in cultivating a positive and thriving workplace culture. My time in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector has shown me the profound significance of the first five years of a child's life. These early years are truly foundational for their future learning, well-being, and health.
I find immense satisfaction in collaborating with such a dedicated group of people to make a positive impact on the lifelong outcomes of children and their families.
Beyond my professional life, my husband and I cherish quality time with our two young boys, actively supporting their weekend sports and after-school activities. I also enjoy participating in weekend sports myself, even if the social aspect is a significant part of the fun! I'm fortunate to have wonderful friends and work colleagues, and I value catching up with them whenever our busy schedules allow.
Family is incredibly important to me, and I'm very close to my mum, dad, and three sisters. Our family gatherings, filled with barbecues, fire pits, swimming, backyard sports and plenty of laughter with all the kids, are something I truly treasure.

RACHEL
After graduating high school, I began my finance career as a trainee at my father's financial planning firm. Seeking new experiences, I moved to Sydney to continue in the same field. However, finding the city overwhelming, I returned to my hometown and spent six years in the accounts department of a pharmacy. Later, the owners of my children's early learning centre in Taree offered me a position in their management company.
Throughout my career, my focus has been on financial clarity, process improvement, and team empowerment. I enjoy simplifying financial complexities, from budget management to daily operations. I am passionate about working in purpose-driven environments and believe that strong financial practices are crucial for business success.
My 10 years experience, combined with my prior roles, has led to incredible opportunities including being able to join other professional females to lead this wonderful early learning company. Outside of work, I enjoy camping with family and friends as a way to relax and maintain balance.

KERRYN
I am a Degree Qualified Early Childhood Teacher having dedicated 25 years to the Early Learning sector.
In the beginning of my career, after completing a Diploma of Children's Services, I worked in a Community Based Long Day Care service along the Hawkesbury River. After 12 wonderful years at this service, I became a mum and had my 2 boys at home with me whilst owning my own Family Day Care. This was rewarding and gave me the opportunity to successfully balance my personal and professional life.
My next step was into service Directorship, a role that ignited my passion for leadership, mentoring teams, and empowering educators to create nurturing environments for children. This experience ultimately brought me to Pilot Childcare as a Centre Support Manager, overseeing several services and providing support and leadership to many service Directors and their teams. During this period, I also proudly completed my Early Childhood Education Degree as a mature-age student.
I'm excited to continue my Early Childhood career with Infinite Early Learning Centres as part of the Infinite Ownership team. I am grateful to be working alongside like minded, incredibly passionate and dedicated Early Childhood professionals.

DANNIELLE
I began my journey in Early Childhood Education at the age of 18 and furthered my qualifications by completing a Bachelor of Teaching in this field.
My professional experience has primarily been in Long Daycare settings. I also dedicated four years to Early Intervention, where I had the privilege of supporting young children with additional needs and their families.
Following this, I served as a Director in a Long Daycare centre before joining a childcare management company.
Currently, I am a member of the Operations Team, where my main focus is on compliance. In this role, I work closely with centre directors and their teams to ensure that their practices align with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
I am particularly passionate about Children's Health and Safety, which strongly aligns with Quality Area 2 of the National Quality Standard. This area emphasises safeguarding and promoting children’s wellbeing, minimising risks, and protecting them from harm, injury, and infection. I also find great satisfaction in a well crafted checklist.
Outside of work, I live in a lovely country town with my husband and son, and we enjoy spending time by the river, especially waterskiing.
